Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On July 27, 2018, the Department of Administration, Division of Hearings and Appeals, submitted a proposed rule order to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
The proposed rules affect Chapter HA 4, relating to rules of procedure for adjudication of worker’s compensation and related claims.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 052-18, was approved by the Governor on May 14, 2018, published in Register No. 749A3, on May 21, 2018, and approved by the Administrator of the Division of Hearings and Appeals in the Department of Administration on June 5, 2018.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held at:
