NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to ss. 77.51 (13), (13g), and (13gm), 77.52 (1) and (2), 77.53 (3), and 227.11 (2), Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent scope statement repealing Section Tax 11.97 relating to guidance for out-of-state sellers without a physical presence in Wisconsin making Wisconsin sales. Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and may make an oral presentation. It is requested that written comments reflecting the oral presentation be given to the department at the hearing.
