The Wisconsin Department of Corrections announces that it will hold preliminary public hearings and comment period on Scope Statement SS 040-19, relating to secured resident care centers for children and youth. SS 040-19 was published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register on May 6, 2019. HEARING INFORMATION: These hearings will take place on the dates, times and locations listed below.
