Notice Of Public Hearing & Comment Period
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections announces that it will hold preliminary public hearings and comment period on Scope Statement SS 040-19, relating to secured resident care centers for children and youth. SS 040-19 was published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register on May 6, 2019.

APPEARANCES AT THE HEARING AND SUBMITTAL OF WRITTEN COMMENTS: Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and present comments on the proposed rules. Persons making oral presentations are required to submit their comments in writing. Written comments on the proposed scope will be accepted into the record and receive the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing if they are received by June 17, 2019. Written comments can be mailed to the address written below or emailed to DOCAdministrativeRulesCommittee@wisconsin.gov. Public comments can also be made at the Wisconsin State Legislature Website: https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code.
