NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSED RULE TO
LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
The Wisconsin Department of Corrections submits a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. ANALYSIS: The proposed rule amendments affect DOC 373.04 (7), DOC 393.04 (1), and DOC 396.09 (1) (a).
SCOPE STATEMENT: The scope statement for this rule, SS # SS 049-19, was approved by the Governor on May 30, 2019, published in Register No. 762A1, on June 3, 2019, and approved by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Secretary. PROMULGATION PROCEDURE: A public hearing is required and will be held on October 21, 2019. The public comment period will close on November 4, 2019.
RESPONSIBLE ORGANIZATION: The organizational unit primarily responsible for promulgating the rule is the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
