AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE

Application for the Educational Flexibility (Ed-Flex Program)

A public notice submitted by the Department of Public Instruction, related to Application for the Ed-Flex Program Waiver, was published in the Public Notices section of the November 25, 2019, edition of the Wisconsin Administrative Register, Register No. 767B.

The Department is submitting this amended notice to indicate that the period in which the Department will accept public comments, as a part of its application for the waiver under the Ed-Flex Program, has been extended to December 11, 2019.
