This memo serves as the notification to the Legislative Reference Bureau required under s. 118.38 (4) (b) 1., Stats., of an alternative deadline established under s. 118.38 (4) (a) 2., Stats.
The department is changing the date through which schools can amend the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program and Racine Parental Choice Program open application periods for the 2020-21 school year under ss. PI 35.03 (3) (c) and 48.03 (3) (a) 3. from January 10, 2020 to June 15, 2020.
