NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Health Services will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to DHS 90.06 (2) (f) and (j), 90.10 (2) (a) 3. and (b), 90.11 (2) (a) 1. and 3. and (2) (b) 2., 90.12 (2) (a) 1. and 2. and (2) (b), relating to Birth to 3 program flexibilities to parental consent requirements, provider training requirements, and covered early intervention services during the federal public health emergency relating to COVID‑19.
