PROPOSED RULE TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL

RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats.

  SUBJECT:         Residential Rental Practices

  ADM. CODE REFERENCE:     ATCP 134

  DATCP DOCKET #:       19-R-02

The department will hold a public hearing on this rule on Thursday, September 17, 2020, through a means that is fully compliant with Wisconsin law and COVID-19 protocols.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 001-20, was approved by the Governor on December 20, 2019, published in Register No. 769A1 on January 6, 2020, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats. on March 5, 2020. The proposed hearing draft of the rule was approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.136(2), Stats. on July 23, 2020.
