NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.17, Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule revising Chapter Tax 11 relating to sales and use tax provisions in 2015 Wisconsin Act 364 and 2017 Wisconsin Act 59, and revisions identified in the Joint Committee for Review of Administrative Rules report submitted on March 26, 2019.
