Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On October 30, 2020, the Board of Nursing submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapter N 4, relating to licensure of nurse-midwives.

 

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 047-19, was approved by the Governor on April 29, 2019, published in Register No. 761A2, on May 13, 2019, and approved by the Board of Nursing on June 4, 2019.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on December 10, 2020.
