On November 4, 2020, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The statement of scope for the rule, SS 084-19, was approved by Governor Evers on July 29, 2019, published in Administrative Register 2019 764A3, on August 19, 2019. The statement of scope was approved by DHS Secretary-designee, Andrea Palm, on September 3, 2019. Subject
