NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
EDUCATOR LICENSES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to s. 115.28 (7m) and 227.11 (2) (a) (intro.), Stats., the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as required under s. 227.16, Stats., to consider the promulgation of CR 20-082, amending ch. PI 34 relating to revisions to licensing of pupil services professionals. The proposed rule amends ch. PI 34 of the Wisconsin Administrative Code with respect to clarifying and creating flexibility around licensing rules for pupil services professionals, which include school nurses, school psychologists, and school social workers. The Department will hold the public hearing at the time shown below via teleconference only. The hearing will be held as follows:
