NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.17, Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule revising Chapter Tax 11 relating to sales and use tax provisions in 2015 Wisconsin Acts 126 and 170 and 2017 Wisconsin Acts 17, 59, 190, 231, and 290.

Interested persons are invited to attend the hearing virtually and may make an oral presentation.
