Notice of Preliminary Hearing on Statement of Scope
The Department of Professional Services announces that it will hold a preliminary public hearing on Statement of Scope SS 149 - 20 for SPS 303, 305, 314, 316, 318, 340, 341, 343, 345, 361-366, 367-
372, 375-379, and 381-387 relating to commercial building code. The type of the proposed rule is permanent. In accordance with s. 227.136, Stats., the department is seeking public comment and feedback on Statement of Scope 149 - 20, at the time and place shown below.
