Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On January 4, 2021, the Massage Therapy and Bodywork Therapy Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect ch. MTBT 2, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members, and their spouses.

Statement of Scope

The statement of scope for this rule, SS 078-20, was approved by the Governor on June 18, 2020, published in Register No. 774A4 on June 22, 2020, and approved by the Massage Therapy and Bodywork Therapy Affiliated Credentialing Board on July 10, 2020.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for March 16, 2021.
