The Psychology Examining Board announces that it will hold a public hearing on a permanent rule revising Psy 2, relating to discrimination based on arrest or conviction record, at the time and place shown below.

Comments must be received at or before the hearing to be held on March 31, 2021 to be included in the record of rule-making proceedings.
The rule may be reviewed and comments made at https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/code/chr/comment no later than the public hearing on March 31, 2021.
Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis
The proposed rule will not have an effect on small businesses, as defined under s. 227.114 (1).
