NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF RULES TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

PI 11, Children with Disabilities

On Wednesday, January 20, 2021, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.

The scope statement for this rule, SS 133-20, was published in Register No. 778A3, on October 19, 2020, and approved by State Superintendent Carolyn Stanford Taylor on November 2, 2020.

The proposed rule amends ch. PI 11, relating to changes to criteria relating to specific learning disabilities.

Public hearings will be scheduled as required under s. 227.16 (1), Stats.
