Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On February 21, 2021, the Department of Veterans Affairs submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules amend Chapter VA 2, relating to veterans assistance grants.

Statement of Scope

The statement of scope for this rule, SS 044-20, was approved by the Governor on May 15, 2020, published in Register No. 773A3 on May 18, 2020, and approved for implementation by the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs on June 1, 2020.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for February 23, 2021.
