The Wisconsin Department of Corrections announces that it will hold preliminary public hearings and comment period on Scope Statement SS 005-21, relating to adult field supervision. SS 005-21 was published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register January 11, 2021.

APPEARANCES AT THE HEARING AND SUBMITTAL OF WRITTEN COMMENTS: Interested persons are invited to appear at the hearing and present comments on the proposed rules. Persons making oral presentations are required to submit their comments in writing. Written comments on the proposed scope will be accepted into the record and receive the same consideration as testimony presented at the hearing if they are received by February 25th, 2021.
