Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

On February 8, 2021, the Psychology Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter Psy 2, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members and their spouses.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 058-20, was approved by the Governor on June 4, 2020, published in Register No. 774A2 on June 8, 2020, and approved by the Psychology Examining Board on July 16, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
