INITIAL REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS

The emergency rule temporarily repeals ss. DHS 102.03, 102.04 (3), 103.03 (1) (g) 1. and (1) (h), 103.08 (2) (c) 2.,103.087 (1) (h), and 109.11 (6); and amend ss. DHS 103.03 (intro), 103.08 (2) (c) 1., and 103.09 (2) and (3) (a), (b) and (c).
