Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On July 13, 2021, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 31, 50, 65, 71, 141, 175, 181, and 192, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members, and their spouses.
 
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 161-20, was approved by the Governor on December 11, 2020, published in Register No. 780A3, on December 21, 2020, and approved by the Secretary on March 16, 2021.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on August 13, 2021.
