NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT PERIOD
Permanent Rule Regarding Dog Sellers and Dog Facility Operators
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (Department) announces that it will hold a public hearing and comment period on a proposed rule pertaining to Wis. Admin. Code ch. ATCP 16 regarding dog sellers and dog facility operators. The Department will hold the public hearings at the times and places shown below. The Department invites the public to attend the public hearing on the proposed rule or to provide comments on the proposed statement of scope no later than Thursday, September 16, 2021. Written public comments may be sent to the Division of Animal Health, Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, P.O.
