Rule Submittal Date
On August 19, 2021, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse.
The revised statement of scope for the rule, SS 059-21, was approved by Governor Evers on June 10, 2021, and published in Administrative Register 2021 786A3, on June 14, 2021. The revised statement of scope was approved by DHS Secretary-designee, Karen Timberlake, on July 12, 2021. Subject

Public hearings
A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, upon receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
