On September 23, 2021, the Pharmacy Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

The proposed rule affects chapters Phar 5, 6, 7, 11, and 12, relating to Name and address change, floor design, procedures for disciplinary proceedings, superseded references, and technical correction.
 
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 079-20, was approved by the Governor on June 18, 2020, published in Register No. 774A4 on June 22, 2020, and approved by the Pharmacy Examining Board on June 14, 2020.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on December 2, 2021.
