Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On September 24, 2021, the Department of Military Affairs submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules would create chapter DMA 2 relating to the establishment of eligibility criteria and appropriate purposes for awarding competitive grants to local public safety answering points for Next Generation 911.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 085-20, was approved by the Governor on June 11, 2020, published in Register No. 774B on June 29,2020, and approved by Major General Paul E. Knapp, The Adjutant General, Department of Military Affairs, on July 10, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
