Request for Public Comments on the Anticipated Economic Impact of Proposed Rules

The Department of Children and Families is soliciting comments on the anticipated economic impact of proposed rules DCF 102, relating to Wisconsin Works filing a good cause claim for noncooperation with child support. Comments received will be used in the preparation of an economic impact analysis of the rule as required under s. 227.137, Stats.
A copy of the proposed rules is available on the department’s website at https://dcf.wisconsin.gov/adminrules.
