Request for Public Comments on the Anticipated Economic Impact of Proposed Rules
DCF 250, 251, and 252
The Department of Children and Families is soliciting comments on the anticipated economic impact of proposed rules affecting chs. DCF 250, 251, and 252, relating to school-age child care programs and other child care licensing updates. Comments received will be used in the preparation of an economic impact analysis of the rule as required under s. 227.137, Stats.
A copy of the proposed rules is available on the department’s website at https://dcf.wisconsin.gov/adminrules.
