Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On December 1, 2021, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15(1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect ch. NR 19, relating to amending the list of date-regulated wild rice harvesting waters in s. NR 19.09(4).

 

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 058-21, was approved by the Governor on June 10, 2021, published in Register No. 786A3, on June 14, 2021, and approved by the Natural Resource Board on Augut 11, 2021.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on January 4, 2022.
