To Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On January 25, 2022, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects chs. DWD 102 to 150 relating to converting references from Standard Industrial Classification codes to the North American Industry Classification System codes and other minor technical changes to the unemployment insurance program. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 116-21, was approved by the Governor on December 22, 2021, published in register No. 792B on December 27, 2021, and approved by the Secretary-designee of the Department on January 6, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
