On January 20, 2022, the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15, Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects chs. DWD 65, 68, and 75 relating to the order of selection for vocational rehabilitation services, the protection, use, and release of personal information, and the appeal procedures for vocational rehabilitation services. Statement of Scope
The statement of scope for this rule, SS 084-21, was approved by the Governor on October 7, 2021, published in register No. 790A2 on October 11, 2021, and approved by the Secretary-designee of the Department on November 4, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
