On February 16, 2022, the Podiatry Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 034-21, was approved by the Governor on March 25, 2021 and published in Register No. 783B, on March 29, 2021, and approved by the Podiatry Affiliated Credentialing Board on May 4, 2021.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on June 9, 2022.
