The proposed rule affect Chapter 4 relating to Care Fund Income. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 076-21, was approved by the Governor on August 26, 2021, published in Register No. 789A2, on September 13, 2021, and approved by the Cemetery Board on September 29, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
