NOTICE OF FILING RULES WITH THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE

PROPOSED PERMANENT RULES Chs. DHS 10, 73, 104, and 105

On March 21, 2022, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse in accordance with s. 227.15 (1), Stats.

Background

The proposed rules affect Chapters DHS I 0, 73, 104, and 105, relating to long-term care services and Medical Assistance fair hearing process.

Statement of Scope

The statement of scope for the rule, SS 062-20, was approved by the Governor on May 15, 2020, published in Register No. 774A2, on June 8, 2020, and approved by the DHS Secretary on August 21, 2020.

Public Hearing

A public hearing is required. The hearing will be scheduled and a notice will be published in the Administrative Register, following receipt of the Clearinghouse Report.
