NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That, pursuant to s. 227.17, Stats., the Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing to consider a permanent rule creating sec. Tax 3.045 to provide a definition of active duty and guidance on military pay for purposes of the active duty military pay subtraction under sec. 71.05(6)(b)56., Stats.
