On April 1, 2022, the Athletic Trainers Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects chapter AT 2, relating to Reciprocal Credentials for Service Members, Former Service Members, and their Spouses.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 142-20, was approved by the Governor on October 23, 2020, published in Register No. 779A1 on November 2, 2020, and approved by the Athletic Trainers Affiliated Credentialing Board on November 24, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on September 28, 2022.
