On April 11, 2022, the Dietitians Affiliated Credentialing Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects chapter DI 2, relating to Reciprocal Credentials for Service Members, Former Service Members, and their Spouses
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 026-21, was approved by the Governor on February 26, 2021 published in Register No. 783A2 on March 8, 2021 and approved by the Dietitians Affiliated Credentialing Board on March 23, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
