Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On May 27, 2022, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 121, relating to reciprocal credentials for service members, former service members, and their spouses.

 

Statement of Scope

The scope statement for this rule, SS 111-21, was approved by the Governor on December 10, 2021, published in Register No. 792A3, on December 20, 2021, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on January 5, 2022.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and will be held on July 12, 2022.
