Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to

Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse

On April 26, 2022, the Department of Veterans Affairs submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.

Analysis

The proposed rules amend ch. VA 2, relating to the employment and entrepreneurship grants transition program.

A related emergency rule, EmR2201, affecting similar Administrative Code provisions contained in this proposed rule and relating to the same purpose has been published and is in effect.

Statement of Scope

The statement of scope for this rule, SS 083-21, was approved by the Governor on September 16, 2021, published in Register No. 789A3 on September 20, 2021, and approved for implementation by the Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs on October 1, 2021.

Agency Procedure for Promulgation

A public hearing is required and has been scheduled for June 1, 2022.
