Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On May 18, 2022, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 162, relating to the Clean Water Fund Program. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 043-20, was approved by the Governor on April 20, 2020, published in Register No. 773A3 on May 18, 2020, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on October 28, 2020. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on June 21, 2022.
