Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On June 7, 2022, the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule affects ch. Trans 327, relating to the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program, and affecting small businesses. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 009-21, was approved by the Governor on October 23, 2020, published in the Wisconsin Administrative Register No. 781B, on January 25, 2021, and approved by the Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Craig Thompson as required by s. 227.135 (2), Stats., on September 23, 2020. A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
