NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY PUBLIC HEARING AND COMMENT PERIOD
AND SOLICITATION OF COMMENTS ON ECONOMIC IMPACT ANALYSIS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Department of Public Instruction will hold a public hearing as required under s. 227.16, Stats., to consider the promulgation of administrative rules under SS 050-22 on a proposed administrative rule to amend Chapter PI 34, relating to educator preparation program and licensing revisions. Any comment received will also be considered for the development of the economic impact analysis required for rulemaking under s. 227.137 (3), Stats.
