Statement of Scope |
The revised statement of scope for the rule, SS 010-21, which modified SS 128-20, and was previously published in Register No. 778A1 on October 5, 2020, was approved by the Governor on December 23, 2020, published in Register No. 781B, on January 25, 2021. A preliminary public hearing was held on February 1, 2021, and the statement of scope was approved by the DHS Secretary on February 8, 2021. |
