On June 29, 2022 the Dentistry Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter DE 11, relating to Definitions.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 109-21, was approved by the Governor on November 18, 2021, published in Register No. 792A2, on December 13, 2021, and approved by the Dentistry Examining Board on January 14, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on September 7, 2022.
