Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On August 18, 2022, the Department of Natural Resources submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapter NR 20, relating to reporting requirements for sport trolling licensees.
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 012-22, was approved by the Governor on February 3, 2022, published in Register No. 794A2, on February 14, 2022, and approved by the Natural Resources Board on April 13, 2022.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
