INITIAL REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS |
The proposed rule affects public and private substance use service providers by reducing some staffing and certification requirements, aligning related administrative rule and Medicaid policy requirements, increasing requirements related to opioid treatment services, reducing some administrative requirements, and may also increase other administrative or training requirements for specific programs.
