NOTICE OF SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSED RULE TO
TO LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL RULES CLEARINGHOUSE
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection announces that it has referred the following proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse, pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Stats. Analysis
The proposed rule amends ch. ATCP 161 and creates ch. 163 relating to Grants. Statement of Scope and Proposed Rule
The scope statement for this rule, SS 041-22, was approved by the Governor on May 5, 2022, published in Register No. 797A2 on May 9, 2022, and approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.135(2), Stats., on May 12, 2022. The proposed hearing draft of the rule was approved by the Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection as required by s. 227.136(2), Stats., on September 22, 2022. The department will hold a public hearing on this rule on October 25, 2022, through a means that is fully compliant with Wisconsin law.
