Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 5, 2022, the Chiropractic Examining Board submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters Chir 3 and 5, relating to professional boundaries education requirements. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 019-22, was approved by the Governor on March 3, 2022, published in Register No. 795A2, on March 14, 2022, and approved by the Chiropractic Examining Board on March 30, 2022. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on a date to be determined.
