Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 7, 2022, the Department of Safety and Professional Services submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats.
Analysis
The proposed rules affect Chapters SPS 361 and 362, relating to recreational and educational camps.
 
Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 069-20, was approved by the Governor on May 29, 2020, published in Register No. 774A2, on June 8, 2020, and approved by the Department of Safety and Professional Services on September 22, 2022.
Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be on a date to be determined.
