Notice of Submittal of Proposed Rule to
Legislative Council Rules Clearinghouse
On October 11, 2022, the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance submitted a proposed rule to the Wisconsin Legislative Council Clearinghouse pursuant to s. 227.15 (1), Wis. Stats. Analysis
The proposed rules affect s. Ins 9.08, relating to the modification of financial and other reporting requirements for health maintenance organizations. Statement of Scope
The scope statement for this rule, SS 158-20, was approved by the Governor on December 11, 2020, published in Register No. 780A3 on December 21, 2020, and approved by the Commissioner on January 13, 2021. Agency Procedure for Promulgation
A public hearing is required and will be held on November 8, 2022.
